My experience was quite good. The waiting time was just right. The doctor I saw was amazing and caring, he explained everything to a fact. Dr Patterson was great and so was his staff.

My appointment was for 3 o’clock arrived at 2:30. I was not called back until 415. I waited until 435 no doctor or Nurse ever came.
I went to the nurses station begin telling them why I’m leaving.
The doctor came from around the corner and said that he Was sorry and would see me now. He was a professional and interested in my concerns. I told the doctor, if you can tell me at the nurses station, the doctor is running behind. Do a courtesy call an hour before the appt. And let me know. So I won’t have to sit for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
