Dr. Patterson, as well as everyone working at the clinic were great. They were very kind, patient, understanding, explained everything well, and were just pleasant to talk to and work with all around. The procedure itself was done well with minimal discomfort, and I recovered very quickly. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Dr. Carroll for hernia repair. He and his nurse practitioner Jennifer were a Godsend. They were both very professional, great listeners and very attentive to my needs while in the hospital and for my surgery. Dr. Carroll was awesome and I am so grateful to have him as my surgeon!!!

I was sent a pre-visit email to fill out with my personal information, medical history, family medical history, medications I was currently taking and so forth. When I arrived at Dr.Chandlers office , I was met very quickly and very professional by the staff. They explained the paperwork thoroughly, professionally and respectfully. Within 5 minutes I was escorted back to an exam room where a nurse took my vitals and explained to me the process from there. Within a few minutes, Dr. Chandler can in, introduced himself, examined me, let me know immediately what the diagnosis was, what my options were. He explained the procedure very well into laymen’s terms so someone with my limited education would understand, without being disrespectful or making me feel like I was an idiot. Very professional. Then, I was asked to sign a consent form and escorted to another office where Ms. Stacy Thrasher explained the process of scheduling the operation itself. She explained my financial obligation and what would be required of me (financially) and of my insurance company. When I had questions about my insurance coverage she answered them ( sometimes two or three times , as I was nervous and asking the same questions repeatedly) when I asked a question she did not know the answer to, she consulted her supervisor ( sorry, I do not remember her supervisors name. She was a young, white, woman with long dark hair) who was very professional as well. They answered all my questions and scheduled my appointment. If the operation itself goes as smooth and as respectful and professional as my office visit did, I will definitely recommend their services to friends and family. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Chandler and his office staff for their professionalism, knowledge, and respect. They made me feel at ease and dropped my anxiety level down by half or better.
